He was the former Managing Director of Kuwait Dar Real Estate Appraisal Co, former Vice president and one of the founder of Kuwait union for Real estate Appraisal.

Emad was also a former board member of the Kuwaiti real estate brokerage union and former member of Kuwait Real Estate Clearing Co. He has more than 25 years experience in Real Estate field.
